An affordable and easy-to-use gel eyeliner that's a classic in the halls of K-beauty. This may have long been forgotten by avid Korean makeup enthusiasts, but it remains as a staple in Jen's makeup table for those days when a defined yet softer-edged eyeliner look is more suitable than the precisely cut edges of a brush eyeliner.
The formula contains silicon for longevity and ample waterproof powers. It is neither too thin or thick, and does not dry out in the pot excessively quickly like many of its high-end cousins.
